Delete in the app
- Open My Profile in Ten of a Kind Poker.
- Select Delete Account and type the confirmation shown in the app.
- If asked, sign in again and retry within five minutes. This protects your account from an unauthorized deletion.
This page does not read account details from the address bar and does not place your email, account ID, or display name in a URL.
If you cannot use the in-app flow, email pooniaone@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What we delete
- Your authentication account (email, Google, or anonymous guest sign-in).
- Profile data such as display name, bio, kingdom selection, and avatar metadata.
- Gameplay progress, aura points, and leaderboard entries tied to your UID.
Retention
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the service confirms success. Support-assisted requests may take 7-30 days. Device-only data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
Guest accounts
Continue as Guest creates an anonymous Firebase account identifier but does not require your name or email. Clear local data from your device separately by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
